Service Description

Start, restart or continue your fitness journey this fall with this fun and challenging full body bootcamp. This is a circuit training program that will guarantee you to build strength, improve balance and coordination and burn tons of calories. All fitness levels (beginners, intermediate and advance) are welcome. Classes are held at the Springdale Recreation Center on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am.
